With 20 years of experience in managing MMC manufacturing plant operation, he has successfully diversified the company's business into other channels including travel agency, dormitory management , student agency, property management and more - even building and growing the company's overseas presence.

The Group Director as well as Country Head of Singapore, Amelie has 9 years of solid experience in operational recruitment field. Amelie now primarily oversees the overall operations of the company's affiliates in particular regions, as well as new business development to ensure its profitability. She manages all people-related functions including people operation, talent acquisition and internal communications. Amelie is also responsible in developing operational plans and implementing corporate brand strategies.

He brings to the table cross-functional expertise, having successfully handled sales and business development responsibilities from earlier in his corporate career.

As the Group Director of Finance & HR, Angeline is responsible for the Group's internal controls, accounting and HR functions. Angeline taking care of company system and internal auditing and ensuring the process functions properly. Angeline is also in charge of implementing the Group's corporate branding. She has over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management in listed and non-listed companies before joining the Group.

Matt heads the business development team and is in charge of strategic expansion for the Group's businesses. He has 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, foreign workers' management, sales and marketing, as well as property consultation services. Due to his strong operational background, he is responsible for the overall development of Inter Island's core businesses in local and regional markets.

Vance is the Group Director, and also the Country Head of the Taiwan operations. He is responsible for developing the business and ensuring smooth operations in Taiwan, Macau and Japan. Vance is one of the key figures in starting up the Taiwan office base and building the business there.

Holding the overall responsibility for operations and administration functions of the Group, Yie Sze ensures the organisation runs smoothly and efficiently. Her roles include operations business planning, and SOP implementation for group improvements and internal general management. In her 10 years with the Group, she has played a key role in improving the business processes for each department to increase overall productivity.
